In these Conditions:
The “Company” means Trendster Clothing Ltd.
The “Customer" means the person, form or company whose order is accepted by the Company.
The “Product" means the goods which the Company is to supply in accordance with these conditions of sale.
1. The Company provides this site on an 'As is basis'.
2. Duplication, sale or reuse of the information, including images, graphics, texts, animation files and sounds is forbidden without the written agreement of a Company Director. All images are protected under copyright© law design right protection.
3. The Company reserves the right to modify or remove its prices without notice. The products will be invoiced according to the tariffs in force at the time of the order completion and subject to product availability. All items remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
4. Orders placed by the Customer as a result of verbal or written offers or quotations or proforma invoices will not be considered binding unless the order is accepted by the Company.
5. Ordering and fully paying for a product offered for sale from this web site implies the Customer’s full agreement to the present Terms and conditions and full legal capacity to commit to the present Terms and Conditions.
